Introduction

Our company, Harp's Ltd. started to work on 15th October 1994 as a Deposit Company. Our starting equity capital was 600.000.- Forints.

Our first product was DAZZER, an ultrasonic dog repeller, which we distributed for many years without widening our product range. Although we sold a lot of this product in the past years, now this product is still unknown for many people. Our customer range increased quickly and the product became known in towns, villages or farms where dogs can cause problems. The biggest user of Dazzer is Hungarian Post Pte Ltd., but we sold a lot to power suppliers, collector companies and more than one thousand private persons.

In 1998 we wided our product range with an area protector called Pest Patrol. Unfortunatelly we had to stop the distribution of this product because of its unreliability. Then we learnt - in consideration of that Dazzer and Pest Patrol are American products as well - that in America is not all beer and skittles. Unfortunately there are unreliable products, that's why we are only willing to distribute a product if we have already tested it under Hungarian circumstances.

All of our other products for example Pest-X, Garden Protector, Super Bark Stop, Pest Repeller, Terror Eyes etc. are tested, good working appliances.

Our policy is that if there is no problem with the customer's money - we can use it and exchange it immediatelly - our product must has the function to which we offered it. The dog repeller has to repel the dog, the bird repeller has to repel the bird etc. That's why we grant an 8 days paying back guarantee if the product is not damaged. When we make decisions we keep in view simplicity and completeness. It is important for us to let our buyers know details of the operation of the products, so they can use them with the highest efficiency.
We have started to wide our product range on the basis of the above mentioned policy and got into this our present position, which is not a final status. We are open for all new features and we consider it our duty to make better and happier people's life by introducing new technologies in Hungary and surrounding countries.
We choose our products on the following basis: to protect the environment, to give an alternative to those people who don't want to kill the creatures continuously or polluting the environment and who want to live in harmony with nature.
