Payment and delivery terms

Ordering
On weekdays during
opening hours we
can accept your orders by phone in Hungarian and in
English.
You can send us an order through our website - on
weekdays and weekend - day and night.
During ordering process you can give us your name,
address, the product’s name and quantity. You can order
more units or more products at the same time. You can
send us your order by clicking on „Place an order”
button. Harps’s Ltd. does not give your data to a third
party.
Our system will send an order confirmation to the e-mail
address which you indicate during ordering process.
Please check the data of the confirmation, because we
post the ordered product(s) to the indicated name and
address. If you would like to change your order, you can
do this by sending us an e-mail to
harps@harps.hu
within 2 hours after placing your order. |

Delivery and payment
After receiving your order we will send you a
proforma-invoice. Please transfer the amount of the
proforma-invoice, which contains delivery cost as well,
to our bank account. It is very important to indicate
your name and the number of the proforma-invoice in your
bank transfer! When the full amount of the invoice
arrives to our account, we will send the package to your
address. |

Placing an order
When the full amount of the proforma-invoice arrives to
our account, we will ship the goods to your delivery
address by post.
If the ordered product is out of stock, we will infrom
you about the possible delivery date in e-mail.
If you would like to receive the package at a later
date, you can indicate such of your request at „Note”. |

Warranty terms
- We grant you 1 year guarantee from the purchasing
date. Warranty terms can be found at the end of each
product description.
- Within 8 days of receiving the product, the buyer has
the right to cancel the agreement – with a written
declaration. In this case the buyer can ask the
repayment of the product’s price, if he/she returns - at
private expense - to HARP’S Ltd.’s address (H-5000
Szolnok, József Attila út 38. I/8., Hungary) the
original invoice and the product in original package,
clean, without damages, and in condition of being proper
used.
Note:
In some cases product descriptions may contain different
warranty terms.

Useful advice
In order to avoid delivery problems, we would like to
give some advice to our buyers:
It is important to give us exact delivery datas. If you
are the buyer, but at the delivery address your name
does not indicated on the door or on the letter-box, in
order to avoid mis-delivery. please indicate that name
as well, which is stated there.
If the delivery-man founds nobody at the address, he
leaves a note of advice. Unfortunately this note
sometimes losts or disappears, because the letter-box
cannot be closed or there are too many ad papers in it
etc. If you are waiting for a package, please always
check your letter-box carefully for having a note of
advice. |

What you should have to do if your package disappears?
Harp’s Ltd. has an up-to-date recording about orders.
If a package doesn’t arrive to you, please inform us
about the problem in an e-mail to
harps@harps.hu
or by phone on +36/56/410-916 or +36/20/9426-380
numbers. We will be able to give you the postal label
number, with this you can get information at the local
post office. If it has no result, than we will start an
inquiry at the post in order to find out what happened
to the package. In case of any delivery problem please
do not hesitate to contact us and we will make the
further steps. |
