The DAZZER is a small appliance, it can be hold in hand easily, its
weight is about 10-12 dkg and it works with a 9V durable battery.
This ultrasonic dog
repeller gives out a high frequency voice (ultrasonic), which is
unhearable for humans. This product is suitable to repel only aggresive
dogs. It does not have any special effect when we use it for a passive
dog or for own dog, except we want to use it for training.
Operation:

at the dog and push the
built-in
switch button for 2-3 seconds. The operation of the product is shown by
the red colour LED.

up the stress in the dog almost to the epiletic level which can not
be taken by the dog and runs away.

the loudspeaker of the appliance during operation to another person. |
Be
sure that the dog repeller follows
the animal, because it has an axis effect. By the effect of the product
the dog will stop immediatelly and in most
cases it will run away. If the animal shows aggresive attitude further
on, repeat the using for 2-3 seconds again. It is often more
effective to use 2-3 second repeated bursts rather than a constant
activation.
If the LED, next to the start button, does
not light you have to control the battery and if it is necessary you
have to change it.

made by American audiology and university specialists. Dazzer dog
repeller is distributed in Hungary
by Harp's Ltd. The examination of the product was performed by Hungarian
specialists as well. Its effect for humans was tested by Scientific
Laboratory of the Worker's Protection Office and the effect for animals
was examined by the Neurology Laboratory of the Blind Man's Dog Training
School. After the results of these tests KERMI has issued the
distributing authority of the product with 6149/94 number.
The product can be used for training as well. You can teach your dog to
stop doing any bad habits if you use this appliance about for 1 second
after you have given an order or warning. If the dog does not obey
immediatelly just repeat the order and use it for 1 second again. You
have to repeat it until the using of this product become fixed in the
dog. After the training we can produce the order without any human word
only by using Dazzer.
Changing the battery:

Remove the two screws from
the bottom of the product.

Hold up the side with button
while you remove the roof. The holder and the battery should be in the under
half.
|

|
Carefully push the battery
forward and slowly raise it until it come out of its place.
|
|
|
Take the battery into the
appliance according to the right pole. You should push it until it is safely in
the holder.
|
|
|
Take back the roof so the LED
is on its place.
|
|
|
Take back the screws what
were removed in the first step.
|
IMPORTANT! It works only with
9V durable battery.
Attention:
Dazzer ultrasonic dog repeller is not effective within the "territory" of the dog and in case of ill and deaf
dogs. Effectiveness can be influenced by the distance, the age
effectiveness can be influenced by the age,
temperament, training or character of the dog. If it is possible do not
look for the trouble, do not stare at the animal and avoid the aggresive animal. Please use this
product only to repel aggresive dogs and not to disturb peaceful and
restful animals!
Warranty:
We grant 1 year guarantee from the
purchasing date. It means we exchange the product.
Warranty is not valid in the following cases:

intervention, breaking, unsuitable using, carelessness, injuring.

the membran of the product has been damaged.

use durable battery.

changing the components in the electronic part of the product. |
The bad product should be sent back to
the distributor’s address (Harp’s Ltd., H-5000 Szolnok, József
Attila út 38. I/8.) with the guarantee bond and the copy of the
invoice.The buyer has to contact the distributor before sending back
the product. If any of these conditions miss the guarantee is not
valid. It is the buyer who pays the cost of sending back the
product, and it is the distributor who pays the cost of sending a
new unit.
Within 8 days of receiving the product,
the buyer has the right to cancel the agreement – with a written
declaration. In this case the buyer can ask the repayment of the
product’s price, if he/she returns – at private expense – to HARP’S
Ltd.’s address (H-5000 Szolnok, József Attila út 38. I/8., Hungary)
the original invoice, and the product in original package, clean,
without damages, and in condition of being proper used.
