Dear Mr. Director!
Lately I have used and tested BARK STOP, a product distributed by your
company. Hereby I share my experiences with you.
My family live in a small town, where keeping dogs at houses is a
traditional custom. Unfortunately dog-owners don't care the rules of
living together, that's why dogs disturb the citizens with barkings. We
don't tolerate this fact the same way.
During searching for a humane method, I had found your BARK STOP product.
Beside our home the owners keep noisy Alsatian and kuvasz dogs. I have
pointed the unit to the nearest dogs - barking about 5 meters from our
bedroom - then calibrated it. It is very important to archive that the
unit would turn on only dog barking, not on the noise of a car driving
down the street.
At the beginning operating BARK STOP in ultrasonic method has not come
to its expectations. The dogs didn't stop barking.
After many days - about one and a half week - I realised an unusual
silence. Neigbour's dogs became less noisy, don't bark without a reason
and avoid the place of the unit.
I think a conditioned reflex has developed in the dogs, which reduces
their agressive behaviour. As a trial I had turned off the unit but then
noisy barking without any reason had started again.
Now, after many weeks continuous operation I realized, that it worths to
use this product in favour of my family's calmness.
Changing the temperament of the above mentioned dog species is not
possible, but I think the unit has come to the expectations. There is
silence near our bedroom and troubled night sleepings have disappereared.
